Where do the numbers come from in the "How'd It Go" section?

This section displays aggregate ratings from our members and from your staff and compares those ratings to what we see across our partner network.

How your staff rated our members: the average of your staff’s ratings of our members during the reporting period.

How other partners staff rated our members: the average of staff ratings across all of our active partners during the reporting period.

How our members rated you: the average of our members’ ratings of your business during the reporting period.

How our members rated other partners: the average of member ratings across all of our active partners during the reporting period.

What our members said (user comments): we send a survey to members after they visit your business asking several questions. An average of 49% of our members complete the survey. There is an optional comment field at the end asking our members “Anything else you want [INSERT YOUR BUSINESS NAME] to know?”, and about 20% of members leave a comment. This section displays the answers to that question.
