Where do the numbers come from in the "New Customers" section?

Customers through the door: this number is calculated by adding up the number of members who were redeemed via your Offline iPad during the reporting month. If some members weren’t redeemed by staff, this number may be lower than the actual number you see displayed. 

Would return: we send a survey to members after they visit your business asking several questions. An average of 49% of our members complete the survey. This number is calculated from members who answer “yes” to the question “Will you go back again?” 

Brought non-premium friends: we send a survey to members after they visit your business asking several questions. An average of 49% of our members complete the survey. This number is calculated from members who answer “yes” to the question “Did you take any non-premium friends?” 

New or infrequent customers: we send a survey to members after they visit your business asking several questions. An average of 49% of our members complete the survey. To arrive at this number we ask our members “Have you been here in the last 6 months?” If they answer “No” then we consider them to be a “new customer.” 

If they say “yes,” then we ask them a followup question “Have you been here in the last 30 days?” If they answer “No” then we consider them to be an “Infrequent customer.” 

If they answer “yes,” to both questions, then we consider them to be a “Regular Customer.”
