Report a Member

To report a member, make sure you have the latest version of our mobile app and can see your Offer on the Partners Dashboard tab. If you can't, reach out to sales to get set up with a partner account.


In the Offer, click on "Report a Member"

Then, tap on the "Report" button for a member and tell us why. We'll investigate what happened with the member. We reserve the right to kick members out out of the Offline member base based on these reports.
